2. Kheerdana Grade: Small Attractive round globules ideal for sabudana kheer, Sabudana Instant Khichadi best after soaking for half an hour.
3. Chinidana Grade: This variant of sabudana is made by use of steam cooking. This steamed small sabudana is ideal for sabudana kheer, sabudana Khichadi etc., Best after soaking over night i.e., 8 hours .
4. Phooldana Grade: This Variant of sabudana is also made by steam cooking of the tapioca globules but the size is bold which is ideally used for namkeens and snacks. Sachasabu phholdana sabudana is most favorite of namkeen makers for most crispy and tasty snacks.
